Windows fails to detect the card automatically. Also SCSI is nearly as old as floppy drives thats why you were seeing very old threads about them. Quite 29160h this route worked when the other one wouldn’t is beyond my technical assessment!! Unless you relish playing with old hardware, I’d recommend trashing them.

Once I ran Kill Disk on it though, I couldn’t read the hard drive anymore! Please advise how I can get Windows to recognise the card.

So I went to google to see if I could find installation directions, I kept finding incredibly dated threads that talked about floppy discs haha and all kinds of other things, then I found a cached website giving directions but they talked about how the Driver was imbedded into the OS installation disc.
